# Wager of Upgrades

## The card

- When any offered Modifier is chosen, a previously chosen Modifier also gains +1 Tier
- When a Room is Completed, a pending Currency Item or Soul Core Reward gains +1 to its Stack Size
- Risk: Each modifier you choose also raises one you chose before
- Reward: Each room cleared adds one to a waiting reward
